Contacts - Linking to a Property

Contacts may be linked to one property or multiple properties and a quick look at a contact will reveal

the property or properties to which they are linked.

There is no limit to how many properties a contact can be linked.

Example: You are working with a Realtor on 2 properties. When you view their contact file, you will see

the 2 properties they are linked to with a quick link to navigate directly to the Property file.

Below is a step by step process of how to link a Property to a Contact

To access property links go into a Contact file and click on the "Linked Properties" tab in the middle of the page.

There are two ways to add a new linked property to a Contact File.

1. First, you can click the "Add" button

2. You can also go to the left side navigation under the "Create New" tab and click on "Linked Property"

**Fill out pop up box that shows up and then hit "SAVE".**

To find the property you just linked, it will show up on the right hand side of the screen every time you enter that Contact File.

**You can also go into the Property file you linked and see the Contact linked to that Property on the right hand of the screen like above.**

Choose files or drag and drop files
